This base is lightweight at 19.12oz/542g, making it perfect for travel and suitable for most traveling vises within the 8.4inch /21cm length and 5.64oz/160g weight range. However, please note that it is not compatible with Dan-vise, Peak, or Regal vises, as these require a heavier 31.75oz / 900g base.

The base measures 5.640.6 inch/14101.5cm and is designed with a post suitable for standard size shafts of 0.4inch/10mm or smaller. It features a silicon pad bottom to prevent sliding and protect your work surface from scratches. Additionally, the pad helps prevent the base from damaging fine furniture.
