User instruction:

To properly use the vice, follow these steps:

1. Turn the jam nut clockwise until the tube body cannot move.
2. Rotate the screw counterclockwise to loosen the jaw and hold the hook. Then, tighten the jaw by turning it clockwise until the hook is securely clamped.
3. Turn the jam nut counterclockwise to loosen the tube body, allowing for free rotation.

Additional user instructions:

1. Move the lever up to loosen the jaw and hold the hook. Press the lever down to tighten the jaw securely around the hook.
2. If the jaw opening is incorrect for the hook size, adjust the front opening screw to get the proper fit.
3. Adjust the jam nut to control the resistance during rotation.

Continuing user instructions:

1. The locking lever at the six o'clock position is in a free position. Turn it to the five or four o'clock position.
2. Place the hook in the jaw and adjust the screw to stabilize it.
3. Lock the lever at the 3 o'clock position.
4. Adjust the two jaw nuts together to set your desired rotation resistance.
